Payment Protection Refund Claim

Establishing Mis Sold PPI

Before filing a payment protection refund claim it is necessary to prove that the lender mis sold the loan insurance. Certain conditions must be met in order to establish that the cover was mis sold. The most usual cases of mis sold PPI involve the borrower not knowing that PPI was added to the loan, borrowers being led to believe the loan depended on it and PPI cover being sold to seniors over 65, self employed individuals, those who were temporarily employed and people with pre-existing medical conditions. Since those individuals are often not covered by PPI it is likely their cover was mis sold and they are rightfully due a payment protection refund.
