PPI Time Limits

Almost everyone knows of a case and where somebody's life has been affected by payment protection insurance take for example Anthony. Anthony had payment protection insurance on his motorcycle. He was paying for the motorcycle and everything was going fine until he injured his back and could not work for two months. Fell behind on his motorcycle payments then tried to receive coverage from his payment protection insurance policy only to learn that his policy did not cover back pain. He later lost his motorcycle which was his mode of transportation to work. Now he no longer has a job because he could not travel 40 miles to or from work now that his motorcycle has been repossessed. Good news for Anthony though. PPI claims companies repeatedly faced with the same scenarios and repeatedly come up with results.

PPI Time Limits

Since it is now known that PPI time limits do not exist past payment protection insurance policyholders could possibly receive a refund. The banks within six years have to submit their original documents related to a payment protection case to the finance ombudsman service whenever a policy holder makes a claim. If PPI time limits do expire leaving the policyholder to fend for himself against the financial institutions there is sufficient reason to believe that they may need help. If it is after six years from the start of the policy then the responsibility of maintaining original documents lays in the hands of the policyholder.

When Do I Need to Claim?

When it comes to reclaiming PPI the time is now. Lenders are trying to betray ppi time limits as being these years from the date of the policy then open. The fact of the matter is that there is no statute of limitation a relation to payment protection insurance.. The law governing PPI re funds also stated that bank charges may be able to be refunded as well feels was started due to payment protection insurance.
